Ingredients:

  • 3 grams of matcha
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of coconut sugar

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, blend the sugar and butter together. Once they are well combined, add the vanilla extract and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and matcha.
  3. Using a strainer, gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Combine until a smooth and bright green dough is formed.
  4. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, remove from the refrigerator, flatten it, and cut out your desired cookie shapes. Preheat the oven to 360° F
  5. Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Be mindful as these cookies tend to bake quickly!
  6. Optional: Enhance the cookies by drizzling melted white chocolate and topping them with sliced almonds.
