Shipping policy

The Matcha Tribe Store ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment company, which handles picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

 

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

*Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

*Expedited Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after fulfillment.

*Buy with Prime: Shipping times are managed directly by Amazon and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed to the fulfillment partner within 1 business day of placement, provided payment is confirmed and items are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported where permitted by the carrier.

 

Returns

Returns are processed through our third-party fulfillment partner in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to that policy for instructions on initiating a return.
