Elevate your dessert game with a matcha twist that will make your taste buds dance with delight! This recipe combines juicy strawberries and white chocolate, infused with the vibrant green goodness of our organic ceremonial grade Matcha.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gram Ceremonial Premium Matcha
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Strawberries

 

Preparation:

  1. Start by melting the chocolate chips: Place the chocolate chips and oil in a ceramic bowl over a small pot of boiling water. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir for about 6 minutes until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add the matcha powder and mix well.
  2. Dip fresh strawberries into the matcha-infused chocolate, coating them with a layer of flavor. Place the coated strawberries on a cookie tray lined with baking paper. Let them dry and set in the refrigerator.

 

Finally, take a bite into these matcha chocolate-covered strawberries and experience a burst of sweet, tangy, and earthy flavors all in one glorious bite.
