I asked my friend how she loved her morning coffee, and she suggested a morning alternative to coffee lattes. I gave it a try and was instantly hooked. Now, I'm sharing this delightful recipe with you. Get ready for a burst of flavors that will make your mornings extra cozy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gram Ceremonial Premium Matcha
  • Coconut almond milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Almond whipped cream
  • Toppings: Pistachios, cacao nibs & cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey

 

Preparation:

  1. Start by dissolving the matcha in a separate bowl using an electric whisk until it becomes smooth and even. Add the honey to the mix, whisk again and set aside.
  2. Heat coconut almond milk until hot but not boiling. You can adjust the amount of almond milk according to your preference for the latte's strength.
  3. Pour the coconut almond milk into a cup, leaving some room for the matcha, whipped cream and toppings.
  4. Add the Matcha mix into the cup. Use a spoon to gently mix and combine the Matcha with the milk until well blended.
  5. Top the latte with almond whipped cream. Sprinkle cacao nibs, pistachios and a pinch of cinnamon over it. This will add a crunch to the latte.
