Ingredients:
- 1 Gram Ceremonial Premium Matcha
- Coconut almond milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Almond whipped cream
- Toppings: Pistachios, cacao nibs & cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Honey
Preparation:
- Start by dissolving the matcha in a separate bowl using an electric whisk until it becomes smooth and even. Add the honey to the mix, whisk again and set aside.
- Heat coconut almond milk until hot but not boiling. You can adjust the amount of almond milk according to your preference for the latte's strength.
- Pour the coconut almond milk into a cup, leaving some room for the matcha, whipped cream and toppings.
- Add the Matcha mix into the cup. Use a spoon to gently mix and combine the Matcha with the milk until well blended.
- Top the latte with almond whipped cream. Sprinkle cacao nibs, pistachios and a pinch of cinnamon over it. This will add a crunch to the latte.
