I make it a point to enjoy this revitalizing mix as my breakfast for 5 days to 1 week every 3-6 months (2 16oz glasses per person/breakfast). Now, I won't lie, there's a bit of a logistical hurdle involved—you'll need a juicer. But let me tell you, the effort is beyond worth it. Your body will be forever grateful!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gram Ceremonial Premium Matcha
  • A bunch of kale or spinach
  • 2 Big apples
  • 6 Celery sticks
  • 6 Carrots
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1/2 cucumber

 

Preparation for 3 to 4 16 oz glasses of pure goodness:

  1. First things first, dissolve the premium matcha separately using an electric whisk until it's perfectly smooth and even. Set aside.
  2. Give all your ingredients a thorough wash, ensuring they're squeaky clean and ready to shine.
  3. Now, it's time to juice them all together, except for the grapefruit. The order doesn't really matter.
  4. Once your vibrant, nutrient-packed juice is ready, it's time to add the grapefruit!
