Elevate your morning routine with a deliciously green and irresistibly crunchy creation. This Matcha Granola recipe is an awesome balance of flavors and textures, guaranteed to awaken your taste buds and energize your day!

 

Before baking:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 grams matcha
  • 1 cup sliced almonds

After baking:

  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix the olive oil, honey, salt and cinnamon until smooth. Add the oats, almonds and matcha and mix until well combined.
  2. Once ready, place the mixture over a cookie tray with parchment paper and put it in the oven at 300°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Take it out, stir and put it back for 15 more minutes or until tan.
  4. Let it cool and sprinkle all the after baking ingredients. Mix well and store it in your favorite glass jar!
