Before baking:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 grams matcha
- 1 cup sliced almonds
After baking:
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Preparation:
- Mix the olive oil, honey, salt and cinnamon until smooth. Add the oats, almonds and matcha and mix until well combined.
- Once ready, place the mixture over a cookie tray with parchment paper and put it in the oven at 300°F for 10 minutes.
- Take it out, stir and put it back for 15 more minutes or until tan.
- Let it cool and sprinkle all the after baking ingredients. Mix well and store it in your favorite glass jar!
