The versatility of Matcha leaves me with endless possibilities, it’s all about having fun and unleashing my imagination! So, without any pressure whatsoever, I've managed to perfect a delicious treat: Matcha Popsicles! Get ready to try these delicious frozen delights that will surely satisfy your sweet cravings.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gram Ceremonial Premium Matcha 
  • 2 bananas 
  • 1 cup Super creamy oat milk 
  • Cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup 
  • Crushed almonds & cacao nibs (optional)

 

Preparation:

  1. Blend the matcha, super creamy oat milk, vanilla syrup, honey, bananas and cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
  2. Optional: Sprinkle almonds and cacao nibs over the top of each popsicle mold.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. And let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  4. Once the Matcha popsicles are completely frozen, remove them from the molds by briefly dipping them in warm water or running them under warm water.
